You’ve made it through the week, you’ve earned an hour of relaxation and some wine! Aryn and Wendy will take us through an hour-long guided practice that will allow you to relax and unwind at the end of your week.

Cost: $20 includes yoga and wine-tasting (non-alcoholic beverages option).
