2019 Destined Cabernet Sauvignon Cuvee, Red Willow, DuBrul and Heart of the Hill Vineyards - Part of our vineyard designate collection, this wine is deep ruby in color with garnet undertones. On the nose you’ll find enticing aromas of blackberry bramble, candied strawberry, tomato leaf, cassis and dried herbs combined with notes of chocolate-covered cherry and asian spice. The palate is bright and juicy with plentiful, spicy tannins and flavors of sweet dark tobacco, sandalwood and orange peel.
Welcome Vin Blanc - our inaugural white Rhône blend. 65% Roussanne, aged six months in a 500L Tonnellerie Ô puncheon for , and 35% Viognier, fermented/aged in stainless steel. Straw yellow in color, with aromas of lemon curd, bosc pear and honeysuckle. Notes of baking spice, biscuit and crushed stone, with a creamy but light texture.
Outspoken aromas of violet and huckleberry, with a hint of toasted marshmallow, anise and cardamom. On the palate this wine has a bright juicy acid profile and delicate tannin structure. Perfect with turkey and spiced cranberry sauce, BBQ pulled pork and a honey-ginger-cinnamon poached pear. 97 cases produced.

The inky black color sets the scene for this wine’s aromas: blackberry, black cherry, black currant, warm cedar and toffee. Softer floral notes liven up the dark nature of this wine, making for an addictive and persistent bouquet. The palate is unctuous with velvety tannins.
Perfumed aromas of blackberry, huckleberry and bing cherries are followed by aromas of new leather and sweet tobacco. Subtle notes of black tea, dried oregano and sage can be detected. An explosion of juicy fruit and alcohol on the palate are followed by mouth watering acidity and soft dusty tannins.
