Rosé All Day...Every Day! Rosé is proving to be an all-year wine, not just reserved for summer. Aged in stainless steel, this rosé went through a cold-extended fermentation, resulting in an incredibly crisp wine with notes of jasmine tea, strawberry and watermelon. Perfect with sushi, salmon and charcuterie.

For this Bordeaux-style blend, we hand-selected one barrel each of Merlot (Copeland Vineyard), Malbec (Verhey) and Cabernet Sauvignon (DuBrul). Aromas of cherry cola, graphite and fresh tobacco leaf dominate the nose. On the palate this wine has hints of cocoa dust and black cherry. Enjoy with prime rib, rosemary crusted lamb chops and pork tenderloin. Limited production at 71 cases.
