Our popular red blend (50/50 Malbec and Syrah) is back this year with a new name: The Fifty Fifty. With this dark garnet color wine you’ll experience beautiful notes of leather, black pepper and black raspberry, accompanied by significant, yet balanced tannins.
Outspoken aromas of violet and huckleberry, with a hint of toasted marshmallow, anise and cardamom. On the palate this wine has a bright juicy acid profile and delicate tannin structure. Perfect with turkey and spiced cranberry sauce, BBQ pulled pork and a honey-ginger-cinnamon poached pear. 145 cases produced.
For this Bordeaux-style blend, we hand-selected one barrel each of Merlot (Copeland Vineyard), Malbec (Verhey) and Cabernet Sauvignon (DuBrul). Aromas of cherry cola, graphite and fresh tobacco leaf dominate the nose. On the palate this wine has hints of cocoa dust and black cherry. Enjoy with prime rib, rosemary crusted lamb chops and pork tenderloin. Limited production at 71 cases.
From Washington’s premier AVA, this wine was aged in French oak—50 percent new and 50 percent neutral. With approachable, extended tannins and balanced acidity, this is the perfect food-pairing red wine. Its ruby red color complements notes of blueberry, huckleberry and licorice.
