"Dark red fruit aromas are led by black cherry, currant jelly and nutmeg. There’s richness, depth and concentration on the palate, making for a remarkably heavy and plummy mouth feel that’s backed by bittersweet chocolaty tannins." - 91 Points from Great Northwest Wine
2021 Yakima Valley Rosé of Cinsault, Marcella and Olsen Vineyards
Pale salmon-pink in color, this rosé is truly reminiscent of Provence-style rosé. Ripe notes of strawberry, watermelon, and cotton candy spring out of the glass and are followed by more complex notes of guava and rose water. The texture of this wine is mouth watering and smooth. Similar to the Viogner this wine is bone dry, but the smooth texture makes drinking this wine effortless, and the bottle will be gone before you know it.
This Viogner while light in color is anything but that on the nose and palate. Ripe notes of honeydew melon, honeysuckle and lemon blossom jump out of the glass. Flavors of yellow taffy and freshly made lemon bars persist on the palate. In true, ripe Viogner fashion this wine has a viscous texture that may be confused with sweetness (but we assure you this wine is bone dry!). The smooth texture of Viogner makes drinking this wine effortless, and the bottle will be gone before you know it.
Outspoken aromas of violet and huckleberry, with a hint of toasted marshmallow, anise and cardamom. On the palate this wine has a bright juicy acid profile and delicate tannin structure. Perfect with turkey and spiced cranberry sauce, BBQ pulled pork and a honey-ginger-cinnamon poached pear. 145 cases produced.
The wine reveals a deep burgundy color with a soft, full body and velvety tannins. On the nose, black cherry, early season blackberry, sage, vanilla & dusty cedar chest.
Our popular red blend (50/50 Malbec and Syrah) is back this year with a new name: The Fifty Fifty. With this dark garnet color wine you’ll experience beautiful notes of leather, black pepper and black raspberry, accompanied by significant, yet balanced tannins.
